THE KEY TO SUCCESS
Lou little was the football coach at Georgetown University.
Their college president came to him one day and said, “Do you know Harold
Chapman?” “Sure,” Lou answered. “He has been on my team for years. He is an
average player. The problem is that he is not well motivated.”
“Well,” the president continued, “we
just received a message that his father died. Will you break the news to him?”
The coach put his arm around Chapman
and told him the sad news, “I’m sorry, son, you take a week off.”
But the next day Chapman was in the
locker room preparing for the game, “What are you doing here?” the coach
inquired in amazement.
“Today is the big game. I have got
to play,” he replied.
“But you know I have not included
you in the team.”
“Include me and you won’t be sorry,”
the moist-eyed player said very firmly.
The coach softened and decided that
if he won the toss he would use him for the first play. He would not do much
damage on the kickoff return, Georgetown won the toss.
During the game, Harold came tearing
down the field with the ball, like a tornado. The coach, pleasantly shocked,
used him in another play and then another. He blocked; he tacked; he passed; he
ran. He literally won the ball game for Georgetown University that day.
In the locker room the coach,
perplexed, asked, “Son, what happened?”

" ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ အသင္းမွာ ႏွစ္နဲ႕ ခ်ီရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။ သာမန္ကစားသမားကေလးပါ။ ခက္တာက သူက
သိပ္မစြမ္းေဆာင္ႏိုင္ဘူး "
" ေကာင္းၿပီးေလ " ဥကၠဌက
ဆက္ေျပာသည္။ " သူ႔အေဖဆံုးသြားၿပီဆိုတဲ့ သတင္းခုေလးတင္ ရခဲ့တယ္။ ဒီသတင္း ဆိုး သူ႔ကို
ေျပာေပးလို႔ရမလား" ဟုေမးလိုက္သည္။
နည္းျပသည္ " ခ်က္ပ္မင္း"
ပခံုးကိုလွမ္းဖက္ရင္း ေၾကကြဖြယ္သတင္းကို ေျပာလိုက္သည္။ " ဝမ္းနည္းပါတယ္ သားရာ
…. တစ္ပတ္ေလာက္နားလိုက္ပါဦးလား " ဟုဆက္ေျပာလိုက္သည္။
သို႕ေသာ္ ေနာက္တစ္ေန႕တြင္ ခ်က္ပ္မင္းသည္
ကစားပြဲအတြက္ အဝတ္အစားလဲခန္းထဲတြင္ ျပင္ဆင္ေနေလသည္။ နည္းျပက " မင္းဒီမွာ ဘာလုပ္ေနတာလဲ
" ဟုတအံ့တၾသေမးလိုက္သည္။
" ဒီေန႕ဟာ ပြဲႀကီးပဲ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္
ကစားမွျဖစ္မယ္ " ဟု ျပန္ေျဖလိုက္သည္။
" ဒါေပမဲ့ မင္းကို ဒီေန႔ပြဲမွာ
ထည့္မကစားထားဘူးဆိုတာ မင္းသိတာပဲ"
” ထည့္ကစားလိုက္ပါ။ ဝမ္းမနည္းေစရဘူး
" ဟု မ်က္ရည္စိုစိုျဖင့္ ေကာင္ကေလးက ယံုၾကည္စြာေျပာလိုက္သည္။
နည္းျပလည္း စိတ္ေလွ်ာ့လိုက္ၿပီး ေခါင္းပန္းလွန္စဥ္
သူ႕အသင္းအသာစီးမွရလွ်င္ ေကာင္ကေလးအား ပထမပြဲ၌ ထည့္ကစား႔န္ ဆံုးျဖတ္လိုက္သည္။ ပြဲစတြင္
အဆင္မေျပလွ်င္ သိပ္အ႐ံႈးရွိိုင္မည္မဟုတ္ေခ်။ ေဂ်ာ့ခ်္ေတာင္းလည္း ေခါင္းပန္း လွန္ရာတြင္
အႏိုင္ရရွိသြားသည္။
ပြဲအတြင္း၌ ဟာ႐ိုးလ္ဒ္သည္ ေလဆင္ႏွာေမာင္းမဆာ
ကြင္းတစ္ကြင္းလံုးအား အစြမ္းျပ ကစားသြားသည္။ နည္းျပလည္း အေတာ္ကေလး အံ့အားသင့္သြားကာ
ပြဲတစ္ပြဲၿပီး တစ္ပြဲတိုင္း၌ ထည့္သြင္းကစားခဲ့သည္။ " ဟာ႐ိုးလ္ဒ္ " သည္ ၿပိဳင္ဖက္မ်ားကို
ပိတ္ဆို႕ျခင္း၊ ေဘာလံုးကိုဝင္ဖ်က္ျခင္း၊ လွမ္းေပးျခင္း။ ေျပးလႊားျခင္းတို႕ကို မယံုႏိုင္ေလာက္ေအာင္
အစြမ္းျပ ခဲ့သည္။ ထိုေန႕က သူသည္ ေဂ်ာ့ခ်္ေတာင္းတကၠသိုလ္အတြက္ ေအာင္ပန္းကို ဆင္ျမန္းႏိုင္ေစခဲ့သည္။
